A busy Summer 2008 found Ms. Jolicoeur performing first in the premiere of Peter Westergaard's "Alice in Wonderland" with the Center for Contemporary Opera and then in "Opera and the Undoing of Women" with the Experience Vocal Dance Company. "Alice" earned the cast a favorable review in the NY Times and the "Opera and the Undoing" garnered a feature in Back Stage!

EVDC featured in Back Stage - August 21, 2008

Dance critic and author Lisa Jo Sagolla of Back Stage attended the July performance of "Opera and the Undoing of Women" - and rather than review the performance opted to write a feature on the company in her Dance/Movement column, calling the performance "amazing" and "astounding."
